1)We only attend to serious buyers.

2)The price are all fixed and non negotiable.
全部货物已定价，不接受议价

3)All items are ready stock and brand new, its all carefully handpicked by kirbz =P
全部货物实物拍摄，也是全新，是我亲自拍摄与挑选产品。

4)Priority will be given based on first come first serve basis. No reservations !!
货物不能保留，先汇款者得。

5)Do not place an order if you are not confirmed with it. Place an order only if you are serious about purchasing it and can pay up within the next 3 working days.
只限给有意购买者，一但订单被接受，请在三天内汇款，汇款了才邮寄您的货品.

6)If you fail to do the payment within 3 working days after confirmation, we will notify you once, and if the situation continues, we will cancel your order and make the item available for the next customer.
如果在三天内未能汇款，请另行通知，三天内未收到通知，订单将被取消，把货品开卖给下一位顾客

7)All payments should only be transferred to our Maybank account, either transfer fund online at Maybank2u or ATM Cash Deposit at any Maybank that is convenience for you.
款项一律转帐于maybank，请您到附近的maybank分行或maybank２u做出款项.

8)Prices stated are in Ringgit Malaysia and Exclusive of postage fees.
全部价钱以马币计算，价钱不包括邮费

9)Should you need more details/measurements of the item(s), please email us, We will try get back to you asap.

10)We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages that occurred during post.

11)Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
